With over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, I’ve supported countless women in navigating a complex and often dismissive healthcare system. I take the time to truly listen—to both your story and your body—guiding you through the emotional and physical challenges that come with transitional life stages such as postpartum, perimenopause, menopause,chronic illness and pain, as well as the lingering effects of trauma stored in the body.

Through this work, I’ve come to deeply understand the powerful connection between physical symptoms and emotional stress. My integrative, virtual coaching practice is designed to help you uncover the unique barriers holding you back from health, vitality, and joy. I offer holistic tools and personalized support to help balance your body, calm your nervous system, and cultivate rest, clarity, and healing—so you can reclaim your well-being.
